Lawyers anonymously answer questions submitted by lower-income Oklahomans in an online message board setting. Volunteers can only volunteer to answer questions in substantive areas where they know the answers with little research. Go to https://oklahoma.freelegalanswers.org/ to register as a volunteer attorney. Many other state bars provide this service as well, working with the American Bar Association. The need has never been greater, particularly in the area of landlord tenant law.
