Keeping Up with Microsoft 365: A Moving Target for Lawyers
By OBA Practice Management Advisor, Julie Bays
If it feels like Microsoft 365 changes every time you open it, you’re not imagining things. Between frequent updates to core apps and the rollout of features like the New Outlook, lawyers are often left trying to hit a moving target while managing critical client work.
At this year’s OBA Solo & Small Firm Conference, I’ll be teaching a session titled Office Unlocked: Maximizing the Power of MS 365. This CLE will help attorneys understand available tools within their Microsoft subscription to enhance practice efficiency and improve the delivery of legal services to clients.
In the meantime, you may find it useful to read a recent article by Catherine Sanders Reach that details the latest feature updates in the New Outlook and explains how it can now be run alongside the Classic. New Outlook June 2025 Feature Update
While these updates may be challenging, staying informed can enhance your productivity and enable you to serve your clients more effectively.
