Summer Getaways

With Independence Day coming up, our thoughts turn to summer fun and travel, especially since both fun and travel last summer were so limited. In Lawyer Tech Tips: Ways to (Really) Get Away This Summer from Attorney@Work, several legal tech experts discuss using technology to enjoy a better summer vacation. Their tips cover using technology to better plan your vacation, virtual travel pastimes and strategies to really get away from thoughts of the office while vacationing by better planning your absence and using excellent unplugging strategies. Give your team your emergency contact information, but stress it is just for actual emergencies. (I love the “My phone will be off, but you can text my wife— if it is truly an emergency” example.)

View the List of July 2021 Bar Applicants

The Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct impose on each member of the bar the duty to aid in guarding against the admission of candidates unfit or unqualified because of deficiency in either moral character or education. To aid in that duty, review a list of applicants for the bar examination to be given July 27-28, 2021.

The Board of Bar Examiners requests that members examine the Applicants for July 2021 Bar Exam, and bring to the Board’s attention in a signed letter any information which might influence the board in considering the moral character and fitness to practice of any applicant for admission.
