The Digital Client File – Pecan/Willow

In the early days of this conference, we called this subject the “paperless office” and to many, that seemed like a far-off future scenario. Now everyone at least has network folders for each client’s documents. “The Digital Client File” deals with how to set up and organize the digital client file as the primary client file. What happens to the paper? What could possibly go wrong? This is a repeat of a presentation from ABA TECHSHOW 2022.
