The OBA is excited for you to join us for the 2024 OBA Annual Meeting! Connect with attorneys from across the state by becoming a sponsor or vendor. This is a great way to network and share your product or service. The deadline to apply is Saturday, June 1. Please note that space is limited.

 

VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

  • Vendor opportunities are available for nonprofits, government entities and other businesses.
  • Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Monday July 8
  • All items must be removed and packed up by noon on Friday, July 12
  • Submission is for one 6' x 30" table
  • Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately
  • Application acceptance will include:
    • 1 table in the pre-function area
    • Inclusion in the "Visit Our Vendors" pre-conference email
    • Inclusion as an optional space on the vendor scavenger hunt given to all participants
  • A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions and space available

NONPROFIT OR GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION
REGULAR ORGANIZATION

 

CO-SPONSOR - $10,000

This is the highest level sponsorship, and only three Co-Sponsor opportunities are available! As a Co-Sponsor, you will receive: 

  • A full-page color ad in the Annual Meeting program
  • Your logo included at top of the Annual Meeting website
  • Your logo included with “Co-Sponsored by” on the front of all meeting publications
  • Your table as a required stop for the Vendor Scavenger Hunt Giveaway
  • Co-Sponsorship of President’s Reception (Thursday)
  • A reserved table at the Annual Luncheon (Thursday)
  • A reserved table at the Delegates Breakfast (Friday)
  • Recognition at the Annual Luncheon and Delegates Breakfast
  • Co-Sponsorship recognition in one dedicated OBA social media post
  • A dedicated slide in program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal

APPLY TO BECOME A CO-SPONSOR

 

GOLD SPONSOR - $7,000

As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive: 

  • A half-page ad in the event program
  • Recognition on promotional items as a Gold Sponsor with your logo
  • Recognition on one OBA social media post with three other Gold sponsors
  • Your table as a required stop for the Vendor Scavenger Hunt
  • Your logo included in a program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area. Gold sponsors will be featured four per slide
  • Four tickets to the Annual Luncheon
  • Four tickets to the Delegates Breakfast
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
  • Courts and More "Sponsor Highlight" (Six slots before Annual Meeting are available first-come-first serve. Beyond six will be highlighted in available highlight slots after Annual Meeting)
  • A table in the pre-function area, if desired
  • Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to annual meeting attendees

SILVER SPONSOR - $5,000

As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive:

  • A third-page ad in event program
  • Recognition as silver sponsor on promo materials
  • Recognition on one OBA social media post with five other silver sponsors
  • Inclusion as a stop on the Vendor Scavenger Hunt Giveaway
  • Your logo included in the program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area. Silver sponsors will be featured six per slide
  • Two tickets to the Annual Luncheon
  • Two tickets to the Delegate’s Breakfast
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
  • A table in the pre-function area if desired
  • Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to annual meeting attendees

As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive:

As a Snack Attack Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a morning or afternoon snack for Annual Meeting attendees. As a Snack Attack Sponsor, you will receive:

  • Signage prominently placed at the snack station
  • A snack break callout in the Annual Meeting event program
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
  • A table in the pre-function area if desired

BARISTA COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR - $3,000

As a Barista Coffee Break Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a specialty coffee break for Annual Meeting attendees. As a Barista Coffee Break Sponsor, you will receive:

  • Signage with your logo prominently placed at a coffee break station
  • A Coffee Break callout in the Annual Meeting event program.
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
  • A table in the pre-function area if desired
  • Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to annual meeting attendees

CHARGING STATION SPONSOR - $1,000

As a Charging Station Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a charging station for Annual Meeting attendees. As a Charging Station Sponsor, you will receive:

  • Your logo on charging stations placed in the CLE room or special meeting rooms
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal

DEADLINES

Sponsorship must be confirmed (and your logo must be submitted for Co-Sponsors and Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors) by 5 p.m. Friday, May 17, to be recognized in the June issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and by 5 p.m. Saturday, June 1, to be recognized in Annual Meeting publications.
