JNC: Rescheduled Interviews for Assoc. District Judge, Osage County

OKLAHOMA JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION
February 8, 2021 – Due to the potential for dangerous travel conditions, the interviews for the position of Associate District Judge for Osage County, previously scheduled for February 9, are being rescheduled for March 4, 2021.

As previously announced, the following individuals have applied for this position:
Linda M. Branstetter, Nowata
Julie R. Bushyhead, Sperry
Brant M. Elmore, Norman
Burl O. Estes, II, Bartlesville
Perry W. Newman, Broken Arrow
Alan J. Oxford, Tulsa
Brinton Skalnik, Skiatook
Walter L. Stout, Newkirk

Immediately following the interviews, the JNC will provide the Governor a list of three nominees, and the Governor will have 60 days to make the appointment from those three nominees.

With this postponement, the JNC strongly encourages the public to submit any additional comments on these applicants prior to March 4, 2021.
