Feb. 28, 2022 – On Monday, March 28, 2022, the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) will conduct interviews for the position of Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, District 4, Office 2. The following individuals have applied for this position:

• Timothy J. Downing, Purcell
• Donald B. Lynn, Oklahoma City
• Stacy R. Morey, Norman
• Laura M. Palk, Norman
• Bevan G. Stockdell, Purcell

Immediately following the interviews, the JNC will provide the Governor a list of three nominees, and the Governor will have 60 days to make the appointment from those nominees.
