SCAD 2020-38, filed on 5/1/2020, required that the attached Verification be filed when filing an F.E.D. until further Order of this Court. The moratorium referenced in the SCAD ended last month. Will there be an Order ending this requirement?

Please have Judges conduct telephone hearings or rule on motions based on briefs and minimize attorneys having to appear in person. I had more comments but the 255 character limit was insufficient.

I do not think the Oklahoma County Courthouse should be open for civil, non-emergent, in-person hearings until June.

I appreciate the emergency orders entered by the Court to protect our health. I respectfully request that the Court require each court clerk to provide an email address that attorneys may use to submit documents to file, at least temporarily. Thank you.

As a senior member I have no desire to rush back into crowded courthouses and courtrooms. Dockets in Tulsa, are frequently up to 100+ cases set. I won't enter a court with more than 10 people, including staff, mask or no mask. Screen everybody???

Now that everyone has obtained some familiarity with technology, at least for some proceedings, it should become the norm at least during the corona virus threat, but even after that: less driving, less accidents; more efficient.

It would be nice if the Supreme Court would require all counties to utilize PDF's to view documents on oscn.net. Also, can we have a system that allows us file electronically? Also, I don't want to be required to wear a mask & gloves in a gov't building

How to do we apply the suspension of deadlines until 5-15-20 when counting backwards, like witness lists due 60 days before a Pretrial, i.e., a PT set on 7/2/20. The 60 days counts to before the suspension, so how is the suspension applied?

Having autoimmune diseases, I am very apprehensive about going to court in person. Does the rule for wearing masks apply to all Oklahoma District Courts? I suggest that hearings only be limited to the parties and attorneys in the courtroom.

Please encourage the use of video/remote hearings/depositions so that cases in litigation can continue to move toward resolution. Some are refusing to schedule depositions unless they can be done in person.

I think that masks should be required for everyone entering the courthouses. I am particularly concerned about Oklahoma County. There are going to have to be limits to the people allowed inside.

RE: reopening too early. Tulsa County Health Department website (https://www.tulsa-health.org/COVID19) shows a large number of new cases here. Non-emergency cases should be on hold until things settle down. Lets not make attorneys be a cause of a surge.
