Submission of an application does not guarantee vendor placement or sponsorship of the 2025 OBA Solo & Small Firm Conference. A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions and space available. Sponsors and vendors will be notified of approval.

 

SPONSOR THE CONFERENCE  |  BECOME A VENDOR

PREMIUM SPONSOR - $15,000 (FULL)

This is the highest-level sponsorship, and only one opportunity is available! As a Premium Sponsor, you will receive:

  • A full-page color ad in the conference program
  • Your logo included at top of the conference website
  • Your logo included with “Premium Sponsor” on the front of all conference publications
  • Your table as a required stop for the Vendor Scavenger Hunt Giveaway
  • Sponsor of the Wednesday Evening Welcome Dinner
  • Recognition at the Wednesday Evening Welcome Dinner and Morning Welcomes

COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR - $3,000

As a Coffee Break Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a specialty coffee break for conference attendees. As a Coffee Break Sponsor, you will receive:

  • A Coffee Break callout in the conference program

CHARGING STATION SPONSOR - $1,000

As a Charging Station Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a charging station for conference attendees. As a Charging Station Sponsor, you will receive:

  • Your logo on charging stations placed in the CLE room or special meeting rooms
  • A dedicated social media post during the conference
  • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in a future issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal 

BECOME A VENDOR - $1,000

Join us for the 2025 Solo & Small Firm Conference at OKANA Waterpark and Resort as a Vendor!  Space is limited. Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Solo and Small Firm Conference.

As a vendor:

  • Submission is for one 6' x 30" table.  Linens will NOT be provided at this venue.
  • Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
  • Application acceptance will include:
    • 1 table in the pre-function area
    • Inclusion in the visit our vendors pre-conference email
    • Inclusion as an optional space on the vendor scavenger hunt given to all participants.
  • A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions.
  • If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies.

DEADLINES

Sponsorship must be confirmed (and your logo must be submitted for Premium, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors) by 5 p.m. Friday, April 18, to be recognized in the May issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and by 5 p.m. Friday, June 27, to be recognized in conference publications. For those with vendor booths:

  • Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16th.
  • All items must be removed and packed up by 5pm on Friday, July 18th.
