The OBA is excited for you to join us for the 2025 Solo & Small Firm Conference! Connect with attorneys from across the state by becoming a sponsor or vendor. This is a great way to network and share your product or service.
Submission of an application does not guarantee vendor placement or sponsorship of the 2025 OBA Solo & Small Firm Conference. A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions and space available. Sponsors and vendors will be notified of approval.
GOLD SPONSOR - $7,000
Only six opportunities are available. As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive:
- A half-page ad in the conference program
- Recognition on promotional items as a Gold Sponsor with your logo
- Recognition on one OBA social media post as a Gold Sponsor
- Your table as a required stop for the Vendor Scavenger Hunt
- Your logo included in the program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area. Gold sponsors will be featured four per slide
- Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in a future edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal
- Courts and More "Sponsor Highlight" before the conference
- A table in a high-traffic pre-function area, if desired
- Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to attendees
- One pre- or post-conference email sent to all attendees facilitated and pre-approved by the OBA or the mailing addresses of attendees at a discounted rate of $0.15 per label
SILVER SPONSOR - $5,000
As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive:
- A third-page ad in the conference program
- Recognition as silver sponsor on promo materials
- Recognition on one OBA social media post with five other silver sponsors
- Inclusion as a stop on the Vendor Scavenger Hunt Giveaway
- Your logo included in the program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area. Silver sponsors will be featured six per slide.
- Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
- A table in the pre-function area, if desired
- Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to attendees
BRONZE SPONSOR - $3,500
As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on promo items as a Bronze Sponsor
- Your logo included in program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area - Bronze Sponsors will be featured eight per slide.
- Inclusion as a stop on the Vendor Scavenger Hunt

SNACK ATTACK SPONSOR - $3,000
As a Snack Attack Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a morning or afternoon snack for conference attendees. As a Snack Attack Sponsor, you will receive:
- Signage prominently placed at the snack station
- A snack break callout in the conference program
- Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
- A dedicated social media post during the conference
COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR - $3,000
As a Coffee Break Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a specialty coffee break for conference attendees. As a Coffee Break Sponsor, you will receive:
- Signage with your logo prominently placed at a coffee break station
- A Coffee Break callout in the conference program
- Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal
- A dedicated social media post during the conference
CHARGING STATION SPONSOR - $1,000
As a Charging Station Sponsor, your sponsorship will provide a charging station for conference attendees. As a Charging Station Sponsor, you will receive:
- Your logo on charging stations placed in the CLE room or special meeting rooms
- A dedicated social media post during the conference
- Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in a future issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal
BECOME A VENDOR - $1,000
Join us for the 2025 Solo & Small Firm Conference at OKANA Waterpark and Resort as a Vendor! Space is limited. Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Solo and Small Firm Conference.
As a vendor:
- Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. Linens will NOT be provided at this venue.
- Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
- Application acceptance will include:
- 1 table in the pre-function area
- Inclusion in the visit our vendors pre-conference email
- Inclusion as an optional space on the vendor scavenger hunt given to all participants.
- A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions.
- If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies.
DEADLINES
Sponsorship must be confirmed (and your logo must be submitted for Premium, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors) by 5 p.m. Friday, April 18, to be recognized in the May issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and by 5 p.m. Friday, June 27, to be recognized in conference publications.
