Moschovidis has joined the Tulsa office at McAfee & Taft, where her practice is concentrated in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, the resolution of energy- related disputes and first-party insurance defense. She received her J.D. with honors from the OU College of Law in 2012. Rachal A. Lisle has joined McAfee & Taft as a senior associate in its Oklahoma City office. Her state and federal trial practice encompasses the areas of product liability defense, contract disputes and complex business and commercial litigation. Elaine R. Turner has been elected to Hall Estill’s executive committee for the fourth time. She began her legal career with Hall Estill in 1989 and focuses her practice in labor and employment law. Throughout her career, she has successfully defended employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings and regularly counsels employers on a wide range of employment law matters. Ms. Turner is a senior member of the firm’s Board of Directors, and she has earned numerous professional honors. She is a graduate of Leadership OKC and deeply involved in the community through her longtime volunteer leadership with Special Olympics Oklahoma. Taylor Newcomb Damaska has been appointed as the director of Helton Law Firm’s Estate Planning Department. She leads the firm’s estate planning practice, which helps Oklahoma families, individuals and business owners create customized plans to protect their futures. Ms. Damaska focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning, assisting clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, business succession planning and asset protection strategies. She began her professional career in journalism, spending five years as an anchor, producer, reporter, and photojournalist. Ms. Damaska later received her J.D. with highest honors from the TU College of Law. While in law school, she received four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and served as president of the Women’s Law Caucus and Director of the Board of Advocates. She was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor recognizing exceptional achievement in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and legal writing. Reid Rogez has joined the firm of Sherwood & Robert as an associate attorney. Mr. Rogez received his J.D. from the OU College of Law. He focuses his practice on litigation across a range of areas, including business transactions, personal injury, real estate condemnation, guardianships and criminal defense. During law school, Mr. Rogez completed a judicial externship with now-Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Angela McCormick Bisig during her tenure as chief district judge in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He also volunteered with the Kentucky Innocence Project. Mr. Rogez began his legal career as a trial attorney with the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled both felony and misdemeanor cases. He now brings that courtroom experience and practical litigation background to a broad range of civil matters at Sherwood & Robert. Philippa V. Ellis has joined Securitas Security Services as senior vice president and head of litigation in North America. Ms. Philippa is responsible for litigation across all North America Securitas companies. She received her J.D. from the OU College of Law in 1988 and practiced law in Oklahoma City before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. Hilary H. Wise has joined the Oklahoma City office of McAfee & Taft, where she devotes her practice to counseling and representing employers and management in all aspects of labor and employment law and litigation. She received her J.D. from the OU College of Law in 2022. Ms. Wise also holds the distinction of being a certified professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resources Management. Robert Kraft has joined the Oklahoma City office of Hall Estill as an associate. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate and business services, as well as banking and financial services. He received his J.D. from the OCU School of Law. Prior to joining Hall Estill, Mr. Kraft served as a contract specialist with L3Harris Technologies.
