The Position The Regulatory Compliance Officer, reporting to the Director, ensures ODWC operates in compliance with state and federal laws and provides guidance on a wide range of issues, including contracts, conservation easements, oil and gas, real estate transactions, labor and employment, ethics, grants, and purchasing.
