POSITIONS AVAILABLE Regulatory Compliance Officer The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Regulatory Compliance Officer. This is a rare opportunity to apply your legal expertise in service of conservation while working across unique and challenging areas of law that extend beyond a traditional practice setting. The Position The Regulatory Compliance Officer, reporting to the Director, ensures ODWC operates in compliance with state and federal laws and provides guidance on a wide range of issues, including contracts, conservation easements, oil and gas, real estate transactions, labor and employment, ethics, grants, and purchasing. The role also assists in drafting and interpreting legislation and administrative rules, directly shaping conservation policy in Oklahoma.
