Compilation of this Internet Directory is an exercise in the art of Knowledge Management. One of the most prolific authors on Knowledge Management is Thomas H. Davenport, PhD. In his article "Some Principles of Knowledge Management," he notes, "Knowledge management is highly political." This web directory reflects that reality. There are some sites we have identified as Super Sites. That does not mean others are not equal or better. We have decided that only having four or five sites in some area is more useful than a long laundry list. We have also concentrated on free sites, even though we understand that better information is often available through the fee paid sites.

In short, we have given you many useful links. Go out and use them. It is truly amazing what you can find online now and the Internet just gets growing. Check back with us as we update our links. Set the OBA MAP Directory as your home page.
