The following forms are due January 7, 2008:
  Official Team Roster
  Honor Agreement
  Certificate of Assurance
  Certificate of Release
The following forms should be duplicated before filling them out. You will need eight for each round of competition - four for the prosecution/plaintiff and four for the defense/defendant. (Do not send these to the Mock Trial Coordinator.)
