OVERVIEW
Youth for Justice is a coalition of partnerships designed to promote active learning about the law among youth. Their programs, curricula, and partnerships focus especially on the difficult choices youth must face as they go through life, including choices on drugs, violence, lawfulness, and personal responsibility. Programs include Teen Parents and the Law, Safer Schools, and Street Law (law, democracy and human rights).
The national partners for Youth for Justice are the American Bar Association, Center for Civic Education, Constitutional Rights Foundation, Phi Alpha Delta, and Street Law, Inc. In Oklahoma, LRE administers and coordinates Youth for Justice efforts.
