PROS is a collaborative project of the Early Settlement Programs administered by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Administrative Office of the Courts and LRE. This school-based peer mediation program encourages young people to resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner. Strategies center on building strong student self-esteem and teacher efficacy in dealing with on-site conflicts such as fighting and harassment.
