Established in 1930, the Oklahoma Bar Journal is the official member publication of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Two issues every month contain primarily appellate court opinions and some bar association information. Ten issues each year are theme issues and contain bar news in addition to articles on current legal topics, practice areas of the law, trends in the legal profession, ethics and practice management tips. A total of 34 issues annually are sent to all attorneys licensed to practice in Oklahoma – more than 15,000.
Issue themes are determined by the OBA Board of Editors, which reviews and selects articles for publication.
