Opening Your Law Practice — 2011 Edition
Opening Your Law Practice is a free seminar for new lawyers, those returning to private practice or venturing out on their own. The program will address the nuts and bolts of setting up a law practice, including marketing, available resources, law office technology, client relations, professionalism, financial management, ethics and trust accounting, malpractice insurance, accounting and tax for law firms, and risk management.
