Are you compliant with your MCLE requirements for 2010? If you are not and you are able to comply by April 8, 2011, you may avoid receiving the late notice we plan to send by certified mail.
To comply you must:
- earn the required credit
- file the 2010 Final Annual Report of Compliance
- pay $200 for late compliance and late reporting
If you are eligible to report an exemption that you did not report or was not recorded for you by our office, you must:
- mark the appropriate exemption on the 2010 Final Annual Report of Compliance
- pay $100 for late filing
If you are unsure about your compliance for 2010, you can check your MCLE record online at my.okbar.org and log in using your bar number and your PIN. You can also download a blank 2010 Final Annual Report of Compliance. Members sometimes miss notices from the OBA due to an incorrect address. All members of the Association are required to provide the Association with a current address and shall promptly inform the Association of any changes in address in accordance with Article 11, Section 1 of the Rules Creating and Controlling the Oklahoma Bar Association and Rule 13.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings.
