2010 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Final Annual Reports of Compliance
- WHEN WILL THE PAPER VERSION 2010 FINAL ANNUAL REPORT OF COMPLIANCE BE MAILED?
Around 1,000 OBA members recently received a 2010 Final Annual Report of Compliance. Only those members who appear to be non-compliant according to MCLE records, or who need to report an exception were sent a paper version. If you believe you should have received one and haven’t yet, please contact the MCLE department directly (contact details below).

The data for this report was prepared on . We are adding credit information to your records on a daily basis. Please check your MCLE record at MyOKBar for your most current information. If your online record shows that you are compliant, please disregard the paper version of the Annual Report.
- IF COURSES ARE MISSING FROM YOUR ONLINE RECORD AND/OR THE PAPER VERSION OF YOUR ANNUAL REPORT please add the missing seminar information to the paper version of your 2010 Final Annual Report of Compliance and return it to the MCLE office. If you are reporting credit you earned in 2011, you must also include a $100 late compliance fee. You will also be asked to provide something in writing from the sponsor that verifies your attendance.
Important information for members who are exempt from the MCLE educational requirement for 2010
The Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education allow certain exemptions from the educational requirements. If you are unsure whether you are entitled to report an exemption, please review MCLE Rule 2.
- IF YOU DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REPORT AN EXEMPTION FOR 2010, you can report your exemption online at MyOKBar. Sign in and look for the link that says "If you need to report an MCLE exemption for 2010, click here." You can also mark the appropriate exemption on the paper version of your report and return it to our office.

What should you do if you have attended seminars that have not been approved by the MCLE department?
If the seminars you attended have not be approved by the MCLE department, you will need to complete and submit a Uniform Application for Accreditation of a CLE Activity to the MCLE department along with the required attachments and a $15 application fee.
