New Chief Justice a Man with a Mission

Chief Justice Steven W. Taylor was sworn in to his new position Monday during a short ceremony at the state Capitol. Afterwards, he commented that “It is not a job—it is a mission,” and that the court “had work to do.”

Justice Taylor will serve a two-year term, succeeding Justice James Edmondson. Serving as Vice-Chief Justice is Tom Colbert.
