to address problems within their school or community.?
The four panels illustrate the steps for developing public policy:
1) identify and explain the problem, 2) examine alternative policies,
3) propose a public policy, and 4) form an action plan.? Each board
is accompanied by a documentation binder containing support information
for each panel.
