Each session of the Oklahoma Legislature brings bills to the table that directly affect our state's attorneys and the practice of law. To assist in getting this information out to our members, the OBA has the Legislative Monitoring Committee, which monitors legislation that affects the practice of law and coordinates with county bar associations and individual lawyers in an attempt to favorably affect the creation of suitable legislation.

This session, the committee is bringing legislative news to our members through a special portion of okbar.org, which will be updated reguarly with news, bill summaries and contact info for legislators.
