Around 1,000 OBA members will receive a 2009 Final Annual Report
of Compliance this week. If you are one of those members, please keep
reading.
THE INFORMATION ON THIS REPORT COULD BE OUT OF DATE
The data for this report was prepared on January
10, 2010. We are adding credit information to
your records on a daily basis. Please check
your MCLE record at my.okbar.org for your most current information. If
your online record shows that you are compliant, please disregard
the paper version of the Annual Report.
IF COURSES ARE MISSING FROM YOUR ONLINE RECORD AND/OR THE PAPER VERSION OF YOUR ANNUAL REPORT
Please add the missing seminar information to
the paper version of your 2009 Final Annual Report
of Compliance and return it to the MCLE office.
If you are reporting credit you earned in 2010,
you must also include a $100 late compliance
fee. You may also be asked to provide something in writing from the
sponsor that verifies your attendance.
IF YOU ARE EXEMPT FOR 2009
You can report your exemption online at my.okbar.org or you can mark the appropriate exemption on
the paper version of your report and return
it to our office.
IF THE SEMINARS YOU ATTENDED HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED
BY THE OBA/MCLE DEPARTMENT
You will need to complete and submit a Uniform
Application for Accreditation of a CLE Activity
to the OBA/MCLE office
along with the required attachments and a $15
application fee.
Download
the form here.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
The deadline to report credit and pay late compliance
fees is February 15. Because that day is a holiday
this year, you have until February 16, 2010. The late fee is $200
after that deadline. If you use the regular mail, please make sure
that your documents have a post office postmark no later the February
16, 2010.
If you have other questions, please contact the MCLE Department at
(405) 416-7009, (800) 522-8065 or mcle@okbar.org.
We are receiving a large number phone calls and emails. We appreciate
your patience as we try to assist everyone.
