Changes in Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Federal Rules Changes

Unless Congress takes contrary action, a number of important changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure will take effect on December 1, 2009.  These include changes to Rule 6 governing the computation of deadlines, changes to Rule 15 governing amendments to pleadings, and changes to various deadlines for seeking post-judgment relief.  This webcast will explain those changes and their likely impact on federal court practice.
