 In fall 2005, the Oklahoma Bar Association will build the “Jim F. Gassaway Justice House” in partnership with Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity. With your help, we will make a lasting impact on the lives of a hard-working, limited-income family by building them a home. The location of the house will be at 8816 NE 45th in Spencer.
The Board of Governors, at its May meeting, voted to name the project the "Jim F. Gassaway Justice House" to honor OBA Past President Jim Gassaway, who died May 4.
Not only will OBA members be funding the project, they will also be volunteering their time and talents to build the house. So, dust off your tool belt and hard hat and lend yourself to a great cause.
