Luke Gaither
2005 Chairperson
Luke is a partner in the firm of Inglish & Gaither, P.C., in Henryetta and Okmulgee. He attended Northeastern State University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1995) and the University of Tulsa (J.D., with highest honors, 1998). Luke has served as a director of the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association since 2000, further serving as the division’s secretary in 2003 and as the chair-elect in 2004. Additionally, he is as an associate editor of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.


Keri G. Williams
Chairperson-Elect
Keri is an associate at Steidley & Neal in Tulsa, where her practice is primarily in the area of insurance litigation. Keri graduated with a bachelor of science degree with honors in marketing/international business from Oklahoma State University in 1997 and graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2000. Keri has been active on the Oklahoma Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors since graduating from law school. She was named Outstanding Director for 2001 and 2002. Currently, Keri serves as the treasurer of the OBA/YLD. She has co-chaired its New Attorney Committee for the past three years and served as the Tulsa coordinator of the OBA/YLD Mock Trial Committee in 2003. She has served on the OBA Legal Ethics Committee and was the coordinator of the OBA Annual Meeting art show in 2001 and 2002. Outside of the OBA, Keri is involved in the American Bar Association, where she currently serves as the district representative to the YLD Council for Oklahoma and Arkansas, and the Tulsa County Bar Association, where she currently serves as chair of the Young Lawyers’ Committee. Keri is also an active member of the Southeast Tulsa Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Junior League of Tulsa and First United Methodist Church of Tulsa.


Chris Camp
Treasurer
Chris is a December 1999 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he made the dean’s honor roll. He received his B.A. from TU in May 1995, where he was a member of the President’s Ambassador Council Honor Society and the recipient of an Army ROTC/TU Military Science Scholarship Grant and the General Dynamics Award for Outstanding Leadership. Chris has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and has also successfully argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

For two consecutive two-year terms beginning in 2001, Chris was elected to a seat on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and last year he was elected secretary of the OBA/YLD. Chris has been active in several other OBA and TCBA committees, including the Access to Justice, Civil Procedure, Employment Law and Community Service Committees. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America and the Federal Bar Association, was an associate with the Council Oak Chapter of the American Inns of Court and has volunteered his time to assist with the Oklahoma Bar Foundation High School Mock Trial Program.

Chris is also involved in several charitable and community activities. In 2002, Chris coordinated raising over $40,000 for the Tulsa Ronald McDonald House in his role as the silent auction committee chairman for the house’s “McDazzle” fundraiser. Chris has served as a mentor for several Street School students in the Tulsa Public Schools Mentoring Program, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Tulsa, where he is a contributing writer to its monthly publication, the Gasser.

Born in Tulsa on Aug. 2, 1972, Chris is married to Julie Michelle Berryhill. They have two sons, Bronson Michael Christopher (7 years) and Broderick Willard Norman (1 year), and one daughter, Abigail Diane (3 years). The Camps attend Will Rogers United Methodist Church.


Kimberly Warren
Secretary
Kimberly is a tax manager at the firm of Cole & Reed P.C. She received her B.A. in political science and economics from the University of Tulsa and her M.B.A., J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from Capital University . Kimberly is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served as a director of the OBA/YLD Board of Directors for Judicial District 8 since 2002.


Mark Osby
Immediate Past Chairperson
Mark is a member of the firm of Wheatley, Segler & Osby, LLC, in Yukon. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a 1994 graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mark is a past president of the Canadian County Bar Association (2000). He has been on the OBA/YLD board since 1998, servings as its chairperson in 2004. He has also served as chair of the OBA/YLD Mock Trial Committee.


Sarah Glick
District Three
Sarah is an associate at McKinney & Stringer, P.C., in Oklahoma City. She attended Southern Nazarene University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1997) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2001) as a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar. Sarah served as a director on the Oklahoma County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors during the 2003-2004 term. In addition, she is active with Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.


Shawnae E. Proctor
District Three
Shawnae, an associate at Max C. Tuepker, P.C., was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 2001 and is also admitted to practice in the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Legal education: Oklahoma City University School of Law, J.D. 2001. Phi Delta Phi, Merit Scholar, Oklahoma City University Law Review, Hatton W. Sumners Scholar. Areas of practice include: general civil litigation, commercial law, business law, corporate law, contract law, creditors’ rights and insurance law. Member: Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Bar Association. Oklahoma Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division, District 3, director 2002-2004.


Molly Bircher
District Six
Molly is an associate at Hall, Estill, Hardwick, Gable, Golden & Nelson in Tulsa. Her practice is primarily in the area of employment and labor defense litigation. Molly graduated with a bachelor of arts degree, with honors, in economics and political science from Fort Hays State University in May 2000 and graduated from University of Kansas School of Law in May 2003. She was admitted into the Oklahoma Bar in 2003 and the Kansas Bar in 2004.

Molly is currently on the Oklahoma Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division Board as a director for Judicial District 6. Molly is also on the Executive Committee for the Tulsa County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division, vice-chair for the Tulsa County Bar Association Employment and Labor Section and a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association Law Week Committee. Molly is also a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association Employment and Labor Section, and the Oklahoma Bar Association Employment and Labor Section.

In addition to bar activities, Molly is also an active member of the Johnson-Sontag American Inns of Court, the Junior League of Tulsa, PEO, the Board of the Cherry Street Farmers’ Market and Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church.


Nathan Johnson
District Nine
Nathan practices law with the firm Tayloe, Zwaan & Johnson in Lawton. He attended the University of Oklahoma (B.A., economics, 1999) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 2002). Nathan is a member of the American, District of Columbia, Oklahoma and Comanche County Bar Associations. He serves on the OBA Bench and Bar Committee, the OBA Legislative Monitoring Committee and is a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.


Randy Grau
Director-At-Large
Randy is an attorney with McKinney & Stringer, P.C., in Oklahoma City, where his practice includes diverse areas of civil litigation including insurance, business, corporate and employment law. He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif. He is a 2001 graduate, with highest honors, of the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, and was named a Comfort Scholar, Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers. He was also an award-winning member of the Jessup Moot Court team. He frequently speaks at CLE seminars regarding ethics and professional responsibility, as well as the admissibility of expert testimony. He has also been a member of the Robert J. Turner and William J. Holloway Jr. American Inns of Court.


Richard Rose
Director-At-Large
Rick is an associate at the law firm of Miller Dollarhide in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University (B.S. in organizational leadership, 2000, distinguished achievement award) and Oklahoma City University (J.D., magna cum laude, 2003). While Rick was the Student Bar Association president at OCU, he served as an ex-officio board member of the OBA YLD in 2002-2003.


Timothy Tardibono
Director-At-Large
Timothy is an assistant general counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Health. He has been with the department’s Office of General Counsel for 3 1/2 years. His duties entail regulatory enforcement of various areas, including nursing home abuse, professional counselor misconduct, vital records issues, restaurant code violations and other public health code violations. He attended Oklahoma Christian University (1993, B.S. in history, magna cum laude) and holds a master’s degree in public policy as well as his J.D. (1998) from Regent University in Virginia. Timothy has been active with the OBA/YLD Citizenship/Americanism/Patriotism Project, serving as co-chair this year. He attended the Bar Association’s leadership development conference last year and currently serves on the Law Related-Education Committee. In addition to his involvement in the legal field, Timothy serves his hometown community, Bethany, as a city councilman. He also teaches law and government courses as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Christian University. He and his wife have a 2-year-old son and 5-month-old daughter.
