 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education

Check Your MCLE Credits

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education, a program adopted by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in 1986, establishes minimum requirements for continuing legal education for Oklahoma attorneys. The program is administered by the OBA Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission, which consists of nine members. The MCLE department is not a division of the CLE department and, is not involved in sponsoring any CLE seminars.

MCLE Change Allows More Online CLE
Effective Jan. 1, 2009, OBA/MCLE allows a maximum of six archived online continuing legal education hours per year. If you are viewing archived online programs in order to comply with 2008 requirements, you may only view three hours of archived online programming for 2008 credit. Note: Webcasts and Webinars are considered live programs, and there is no MCLE limit on that programming.
