Current Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct

The Oklahoma Supreme Court on April 9, 2007, issued Order 2007 OK 22 approving amendments to the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct and the amendment of Rule 1.4 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings. The amendments will become effective Jan. 1, 2008.
