Volunteer speakers can receive up to six hours of MCLE credit for a 50-minute presentation by submitting a teaching credit form. The form will be made available to speakers at the program.

Speakers also attend the entire day's program without charge and can receive attendance credit in addition to teaching credit.

First-time speakers and veteran speakers that want to take it up a notch, check out tips for writing good materials and tips for a spectacular oral presentation.

The OBA/CLE speaker training session, "Improve Your Vocal Authority," presented by Rena Cook, is a must see for OBA/CLE volunteers. Many of you use PowerPoint, get some great PowerPoint tips with this video presentation, "Death by PowerPoint."

OBA/CLE reimburses speakers for reasonable expenses related to the program. Take a look at the guidelines and turn in your expenses claim to Heidi McComb (405) 416-7027.

Please make sure you allow plenty of time and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to you presentation. If you need to test equipment, call Heidi (405) 416-7027 and make arrangements to do so.
