Credit Ratio: 15 full price passenger fares booked, one free cruise fare awarded. Passenger is responsible for taxes, fees and gratuities. Each cabin is awarded 3 amenities points redeemable for bath robes, on board shopping credit, beverages, etc. A complete list of amenities will be provided.

Multiple payments may be made by contacting Brooks Dream Travel direct. March and May installments will be automatically deducted from the same credit card as the initial deposit unless the agent is notified five days prior to the payment date. *Reservations for triples and quads must be accompanied by a $250 deposit.

Meeting Space: A suitable space will be provided for continuing education courses of approximately 3 hours in duration to accommodate 50 guests at no charge. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Excursions: All excursions will be posted six months prior to sailing. Excursions will include snorkeling, boating, ATVs, scooters, as well as many others. Guests are welcome to participate in excursions, sightsee and shop on their own or remain on the ship while in port.

Activities: Activities are provided for all ages at Camp Carnival. Babysitting is available for children 6 months to 11 years from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. The rate is $6 per hour for the first child and $4 per hour for each additional child in the same family. Children’s activities are provided for the following age groups: 2-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-11 years, 12-14 years and 15-17 years. Adults may choose to participate in Broadway style shows, one of several clubs, comedy shows, karaoke bars, the casino, poolside activities, Bingo, or spend some time in the fabulous spa or fitness center. A reception for the Bar Association will be held the first day at sea.

Dining: Many options are available for dining on Carnival Cruise Lines. Multi cultural options are available, as well as formal dining for all meals. Seating is available in groups of 2, 4, 6 or 10. Dining times available are 5:45, 6:15, 8:00 and 8:30. Each cabin may request a dining time and table assignment.

Extras: Each passenger will receive a canvas cruise bag or a T-shirt at no cost. Each cabin will receive a vacation voucher redeemable for two free nights in one of the 91 best resort areas in North America, redeemable within 12 months of issue.

Every passenger will have access to the group cruise information and ticketing. A commitment of eight (8) cabins is necessary to post the OBA cruise on the website.
