Basic Civil Mediation Training

CLE CREDIT: This course has been approved by the Oklahoma Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for 24 hours of mandatory CLE credit, including 2 hours of ethics. This course meets the MCLE requirements for qualified mediators pursuant to the District Court Mediation Act, 12 OS 1821-25.
TUITION: $595 for early-bird registrations with payment received at least four full business days prior to the seminar date; $645 for registrations with payment received within four full business days of the seminar date. Registration is limited to 36 participants. No discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted at any time prior to the seminar date; however, a $25 fee will be charged for cancellations made within four full business days of the seminar date. Cancellations, refunds, or transfers will not be accepted on or after the seminar date.

FEATURED SPEAKER :
Paul Ladehoff is the Training Program Coordinator for the Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution. Paul joined the Center in 2004 after serving six years as Associate Director of The Mediation Center and Executive Director for the Central Mediation Center in Nebraska. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law and has litigated environmental cases for the United States Department of Justice. His experience as a trainer includes Basic Mediation Training, Restorative Justice, Peer Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Cooperative Problem Solving, Ethics, and Power Disparities. Paul is also the Director of the Campus Mediation Service at the University of Missouri.
