Reciprocity

Oklahoma has RECIPROCITY for admission on motion with the jurisdictions listed on the right. The jurisdictions which require the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) are indicated. Attorneys from the jurisdictions which require the MPRE of Oklahoma attorneys applying for reciprocal admission must provide evidence of a timely scaled score of at least 75 or the scaled score of the other jurisdiction, whichever is more stringent, on the MPRE.

The Oklahoma Rules require a person to have been lawfully admitted to practice, to be in good standing on active status in a reciprocal state, and engaged in the actual and continuous practice of law for at least five years of the seven years immediately preceding application for admission. Graduation from an ABA approved law school is required.

ADMISSION INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please verify with admission authority in appropriate jurisdiction.

Applications are available online at www.okbbe.com.
